Change or cancel your booking without fees*
As part of Disney's Zen Guarantee, you can receive a full refund, cancel or change your Disney® Hotel + Ticket package without incurring fees up to 7 days before your arrival date. Please allow an addition 2 working business days to make your request with the Picniq Customer care team to process this for you). *This excludes insurance or transport fees, where applicable, in accordance with Disney's Terms & Conditions.
Disneyland® Paris has further increased the standards and frequency of cleaning measures already in place. Sanitary facilities, kitchens and all attractions will be appropriately cleaned prior to reopening.
Impact of Brexit
Following Brexit, visas are not required if a trip to France lasts less than 90 days. Before travelling, British citizens should check their passport requirements, access to European state healthcare (using EHIC) and driving licence validity. Take into account your trip may take longer due to delays caused by passport controls.
