    Last minute bookings are sometimes available subject to capacity limitations at the time. Our helpful customer service team will be able to check availability and provide pricing information.
    Our prices are guaranteed so the price you have paid for your hotel, ticket or any transport booked with us will not change. All bookings are financially protected.
    Need to change or cancel your Hotel package? As part of the zen guarantee, we are currently offering the possibility to change or cancel your booking with full refund anytime up to 10 days before your arrival date, excluding insurance(4). Also excluding transport fees, if applicable, according to our Terms & Conditions.
    You are currently able to change or cancel your hotel package booking up to 10 days before your visit with no fees incurred (Zee Guarantee). If you cancel your booking you will receive a full refund, although transport fees are excluded from this (if applicable).
    Once you have received a quote from us you will have 24 hours to make payment (of either the deposit, or the full amount). Once you have made payment your booking will be confirmed 24 hours, although we always try to do this sooner.
    Yes. Upon booking you can choose to pay 100% of the price, or you can pay a deposit (20%) and the remaining balance 70 days before you travel. Your purchase price is fixed/ guaranteed so you will not be impacted by any price changes during this time.
    Currently, the majority of the prices quoted on our website do not include transport. They refer to a hotel and park ticket package. However, a number of transport choices are available including Eurostar and self drive ferry/ train options which can be booked with us. Our team will be able to provide you with options and prices.

    Yes, currently capacity is capped to ensure a safe experience for guests. Due to the pandemic other systems have also been put in place such as the Standby Pass, which ensures that significant queuing is avoided.

Numerous procedures have been put in place throughout the park and hotels to ensure social distancing and hygiene measures are upheld.
